Overall good, minor delivery hiccup

I purchased the AI Paper Tablet. The tablet itself is great, exactly what I needed for digital planning and note-taking. The E-ink display is easy on the eyes. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Texas, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but it arrived well-packaged. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delivery status after a few days. The only small improvement I'd suggest is perhaps a quicker shipping option, even if it costs a little extra. Value for money is there, though.

Smart Note Air 2 was a good upgrade

I ordered the Smart Note Air 2 a few weeks ago and it arrived in about 6 days, which was pretty standard for shipping to my area. The unboxing experience was straightforward, and setup was easy enough. I appreciated the clear instructions for connecting it to the app and syncing my notes. I've used it daily for work meetings and the handwriting recognition engine works surprisingly well, even with my messy script. I also bought the replacement stylus nibs, and those were simple to change out. Customer support responded within a day when I had a question about cloud storage, which was good. Overall, it's a solid device, and the whole process was smooth.

Solid value on the Smart Dictation Device

I was looking for a good deal and grabbed the Smart Dictation Device during a holiday promotion. The price was competitive, especially with the discount I found. It felt like a worthwhile purchase. The device performs as expected, very practical for my needs. It shipped free, which was a nice bonus and definitely contributed to the overall value. I always compare prices before buying and this felt like a smart investment.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This is my third purchase from iFLYTEK, I've previously bought a SmartNote and later the Smart Pen. This time I got the Real-time Transcription Service subscription. Just like my previous orders, the process was reliable. The service was activated promptly after purchase. Their products have always performed consistently for me, which is why I keep coming back. The speech-to-text accuracy is what really makes their offerings stand out, and this service continues that trend. It's a brand I trust for these kinds of tools.

Got the SmartNote, it's cool

So I finally caved and bought a SmartNote. I usually just use paper notebooks but this thing is pretty neat. I got it for taking notes in classes and it totally helps keep everything organized. The writing feels natural, not like writing on glass. It got here pretty quick after I ordered it. No complaints, it's a handy gadget.

Good Voice-to-Text Recorder

Got the Voice-to-Text Recorder. Shipping was fast. It works well for my lectures. Very clear transcription. Easy to use right out of the box. Happy with it.
